The following terms regulate the use of online games and other services published on M2Master and associated websites. By registering or logging in as a user on the M2Master.com portal, you always agree to these terms of use.
These terms of use, supplemented by the current rules of the game, apply. In case of contradictions between these terms of use and the game rules, the provisions of these terms of use shall prevail.
M2Master reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Any changes will be duly communicated to the public in a timely manner.
Important Definitions
- user:
- a natural person who uses the website or the associated game
- personal data:
- any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person – in particular, the name, identifier, and one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural, or social identity of that natural person – as well as any conclusions drawn from such data concerning the natural person
- consent:
- any freely given, specific, informed, and unambiguous indication of the data subject's wishes by which he or she, by a statement or by a clear affirmative action, signifies agreement to the processing of personal data relating to him or her – full or partial consent, depending on the case
- data controller:
- the natural or legal person, public authority, agency or other body which, alone or jointly with others, determines the purposes and means of the processing of personal data; where the purposes and means of such processing are determined by Union or Member State law, the controller or the specific criteria for its nomination may be provided for by Union or Member State law
- data processing:
- any operation or set of operations which is performed on personal data or on sets of personal data, whether or not by automated means, such as collection, recording, organization, structuring, storage, adaptation or alteration, retrieval, consultation, use, disclosure by transmission, dissemination or otherwise making available, alignment or combination, restriction, erasure or destruction, and preventing further use of personal data, photographing, sound or image recording, or physical characteristics identification (e.g., fingerprints, DNA samples, iris scans)
- data processor:
- a natural or legal person, public authority, agency, or other body which processes personal data on behalf of the controller

Formation of the Agreement
- The use of online games and other services operated by M2Master requires user registration.
- Registration is only permitted for natural persons. Registration of groups, families, cohabitants, etc., is not permitted.
- Registration must be done in person. Third-party registrations, particularly those conducted by third parties who register individuals with telecommunications providers (reporting services), are prohibited.
- By successfully registering, the user creates a user account, which the user can administer themselves.
- The user account cannot be transferred without the express consent of M2Master.
General Obligations of the User
User Data
The user undertakes to promptly inform M2Master of any future changes to the data provided during registration, especially their email address. Upon request, the user must prove the authenticity of their data to M2Master.
Login Data, IDs, Passwords
The user must strictly keep their login data, identifiers, and passwords confidential. The user may only enter their login data on websites operated by M2Master.
The terms "login data," "identifiers," and "passwords" refer to any sequence of letters and/or characters and/or numbers used to identify the user and prevent unauthorized use by third parties. The password should preferably not be identical to the username and should contain a combination of numbers and (lowercase and uppercase) letters.
The user must protect their login data, identifiers, and passwords from unauthorized use by third parties.
If the user suspects that their data has been or may have been used by unauthorized third parties, they must immediately notify M2Master and change their data, or request M2Master to change it. In this case, or if M2Master has evidence of abuse, M2Master is entitled to temporarily restrict the user's access. The user's access restriction is lifted when the suspicion of data abuse ceases.
Under no circumstances is the user entitled to use another user's login data, except where game rules permit exceptions.
Special Terms of Use for Online Games
Any form of manipulative intervention in online games is prohibited for the user. In particular, the user is not entitled to take measures, use mechanisms, or software that may disrupt the operation or course of the game. The user is prohibited from engaging in activities that may imply or cause excessive technical strain on the system's capacity. The user is prohibited from blocking, overriding, or modifying contents generated by the game management, or any other disruptive intervention in the game.
Furthermore, the user is prohibited from downloading the online game (including every website) with other programs outside the web browser or provided client software. This applies primarily to so-called bots and other tools designed to substitute or supplement the web interface. Similarly, the use of scripts and partially or fully automated programs that provide the user with an advantage over other players is prohibited. This includes automatic update functions and other built-in browser mechanisms if they involve automatic procedures.
All rights to virtual goods applied in and conveyed for payment within the online game are exclusively held by M2Master or its authorized contractual partner. The same applies to virtual goods created manually by the user. The user grants M2Master the non-exclusive, unlimited, and temporally unrestricted right to use such self-created virtual goods. This right includes rights to duplication, distribution, and processing. The user receives only a non-exclusive, temporally restricted user right for the duration of the contract concerning virtual goods.
Consequences of Breach of Obligations
M2Master is not liable for damages resulting from a breach of obligations by the user.
Without prejudice to any other legal or contractual rights, M2Master may take the following measures at its discretion if a user culpably violates legal regulations, infringes the rights of third parties, or acts in violation of these terms of use or the supplementary terms and game rules:
- Modification or deletion of content
- Warning the user
- Temporary or permanent suspension of the user from certain or all online games and content published on M2Master websites
- Exclusion of the user
- Immediate termination of the user contract
Usage Fees and Coin Purchases, Premium Rate Content
Users have the option to purchase M2Master Coins on the M2Master.com website, which can be redeemed on the respective game server (specified during the purchase) for in-game virtual goods (digital content service).
The user acknowledges that M2Master Coins (digital content service) cannot be refunded, converted into cash at a later time, transferred to another user, or transferred to another game server.
The purchase is entirely discretionary and only an opportunity. The purchase does not entitle the player to behave differently; the rules apply equally to them, and if the user violates a rule, they will not receive separate consideration, receiving the same weight of judgment as anyone else.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, the use of online games and other services is free of charge.
However, users may purchase certain services and specific features (features) within the online game for a fee. The types of paid features, in particular the functionality of individual features, the duration of access to paid features, the amount of the payable fee, and the available payment methods related to the online game, are specifically brought to the user's attention.
The user warrants that all data provided during the payment process
